Flooring, large equipment, hazardous materials and most adhesives do not qualify for free shipping (unless otherwise noted) and may require delivery by a freight carrier. LTL (Less then truckload) delivery and will be delivered dock to dock. Lift gate service can be provided with an additional fee. For residential liftgate deliveries, contact us prior to ordering at 414-312-7037 for a shipping quote.
Orders placed on Standard Items by 12:00 (CT) noon will usually ship the same day. Specialty Items or Out of Stock Items may have extended lead times. Orders placed after noon will ship the next business day. (Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays not considered in calculating transit days).
Non-Stock items that state a 10-14 business day delivery is an estimate. FSN will place the requested material on our next order but cannot guarantee availability with the manufacturer. If the material is available at the manufacturer but you are unable to wait for our next order, in most cases, we can hot rush the order and you will be responsible for any additional in-bound shipping and handling charges. Depending on the product, it may need to be purchased in full case quantities.
